What it does

7AI, headquartered in Boston, runs the SOC lifecycle (detect, investigate, respond, hunt) as one agentic system. Per its launch release, AI agents categorise each alert by type (EDR, cloud, email, identity), dozens of specialised agents investigate components in parallel by querying the customer's data sources, and findings are compiled into conclusions for analysts, ticketing systems or playbooks, with further agents calculating blast radius. Its platform page says 7AI groups, triages and reaches a determination on each alert and escalates only what needs a person, with response 'guided or automatic, with humans on the loop'. Skills let teams teach agents their procedures. The vendor reports more than 7 million investigations processed in production (vendor claim).
