What it does

INETCO BullzAI is a real-time payment fraud prevention platform (transaction-level KYT data, fraud detection and blocking, including card-testing/BIN-attack firewalling) for banks, payment processors and PSPs. The BullzAI Investigate module, launched on 16 July 2026, adds agentic AI fraud agents to case management: the product page says they collate large transaction data sets, analyse behavioural patterns, automatically triage incoming alerts, prioritise the highest-risk cases and deliver explainable risk scores and recommendations, with cases created automatically from alerts or risk scores. Analysts keep the decision, and analyst feedback refines the system through a human-in-the-loop supervised learning cycle. The agents run on a proprietary small language model deployed on-premise, so transaction data stays in the customer's environment; cloud deployment is also offered. Investigation-time figures (about 20 seconds per case) are the vendor's claims. Pricing is not published.
