The Pegasus Compliance Agent is one of New Odyssey's packaged Pegasus AI agents, aimed at privacy, legal and compliance teams answering data subject access requests. Per the product page, it logs each request at intake, matches it to its jurisdiction and statutory deadline (GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA, LGPD) and holds it at an identity checkpoint before touching data. Through Merge it discovers the requester's data across around 200 connected platforms (for example BambooHR, Workday, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Google Drive). It proposes redactions of third-party personal data and prepares an audit-logged response pack. A person reviews flagged items, decides exemptions and approves the release; nothing is sent automatically unless configured. Access, deletion, correction and opt-out requests run through the same workflow.
