What it does
Oracle Nexus is Oracle Financial Services' platform for financial-crime investigations across AML, fraud, sanctions and KYC. Oracle announced Nexus Case Flow and Nexus Reach as available on 29 Sep 2026. Oracle's release says the agents can autonomously pre-investigate cases for red or green flags and typology-aligned risk (for example possible human trafficking) and alert the investigator without being prompted. Nexus Case Flow is cloud case management where agentic AI gathers evidence, assembles entity context, generates recommendations and drafts narratives; Nexus Reach is a browser extension that brings the same AI investigation capabilities (adverse-media scans, autonomous AI Reviews and AI Investigations, narrative drafting) into existing Oracle, non-Oracle or on-premises case systems. Output is designed for human review and investigators keep final decisions. Oracle also lists a separate compliance agent that stress-tests scenarios in simulation. Pricing is not published.
