What it does
Shufti is an identity-verification and compliance-lifecycle vendor. Transaction Trust Monitoring (TTM), launched 8 Sep 2026, is described on Shufti's own site as an agentic FRAML engine that carries a case from the first suspicious transaction through investigation to a regulator-ready report in one workflow. Each transaction is scored against the identity Shufti verified at onboarding; alerts are routed by score to L1 triage, L2 investigation or the MLRO, and every alert carries a case summary, tier, false-positive assessment and recommended next action. Reports are generated in FinCEN BSA XML or goAML format, and an AI triage co-pilot drafts narratives but never files on its own: the MLRO reviews and authorises each report. Shufti says four AI agents are live across the lifecycle, with three more (rule recommendation, data readiness, regulatory change monitoring) in development, plus a plain-language AI rule builder with 90-day backtesting. Speed and data-point figures are vendor claims. Shufti publishes per-verification identity plans, but TTM pricing is not published.
