What it does

Gracie AI is SureCloud's agentic layer for its GRC platform, which SureCloud calls a virtual GRC team ('not a chatbot'). Per the Skills and Agents page, agents take ownership of continuous activities. They run on a schedule or trigger, inside existing SureCloud workflows or independently, and chain natural-language Skills (pre-built or customer-built, no code) under role-based Personas such as Risk SME, Compliance SME or Vendor SME. Personas define each agent's scope of authority and where a human must approve. In SureCloud's example vendor-onboarding flow, agents create the vendor record, run a contract-review Skill against standard terms, propose tiering, build follow-up questions for evidence and draft notices, with humans validating at key stages. Every Gracie action is logged separately from human edits. The platform covers ISO 27001, SOC 2, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, ISO 42001 and more. Productivity figures are vendor claims.
