What it does

Clio is a legal practice-management and legal AI company (Themis Solutions Inc.). On April 2, 2026 it added agentic capabilities to Clio Work: lawyers delegate complex, multi-step tasks from one prompt such as 'build a defense strategy' or 'find everything that could kill this deal before signing'. Clio Work works out the goal, chooses which skills from its skills infrastructure (legal-aware capabilities that were previously invoked by hand as workflows) are needed, and executes across them in one continuous run, using the firm's matter context. It shows real-time thinking traces, and users can interrupt, redirect or refine mid-task. Agentic capabilities are applied automatically for all Clio Work users with no setup. Clio says its AI cites sources and that lawyers review and approve everything before it reaches a client or court. Clio Manage plans are published from USD 49 per user per month, but Clio Work pricing is not listed on the pricing page.
