What it does

Co-Brain's Questionnaire Agent automatically answers security questionnaires using the customer's policies, standards, certificates and past responses, and the team reviews and approves. It detects the format of Excel, PDF and Word files and vendor portal uploads, connects to SharePoint, Google Drive or Confluence (or takes uploaded policies, certificates and TISAX, ISO 27001 or DORA evidence), recognises similarly worded questions to keep answers consistent across questionnaires, and cites the source document and page for every answer. It assigns specific questions to experts and tracks progress and deadlines, routes privacy questions to the data protection officer, and saves approved answers back to the knowledge base. Co-Brain says it is hosted only in EU data centres (private cloud or on-premises on request) and that customer data is not used to train models. Co-Brain also sells RFP, Legal (live separately on Agent Index) and Knowledge agents. Pricing is not published.
