What it does

Factory Droids are enterprise coding agents. Factory’s Snyk partnership page describes Snyk Studio for Factory: Droids can scan with Snyk as they write or modify code, apply patches, re-scan and verify, via MCP. Factory docs also describe Droid Shield secret scanning on git commit/push, which is an agent-safety control rather than AppSec SAST. Factory is not a dedicated security vendor. The San Francisco AI Factory, Inc. terms give a principal address at 475 Brannan Street, Suite 410, San Francisco, CA; a company news post says the firm is headquartered in San Francisco. Public dollar list prices were not verified on factory.ai at last check.
