Freshservice is Freshworks' IT and enterprise service-management product. Freddy AI Agent provides autonomous front-line support on Microsoft Teams, Slack, Microsoft 365 Copilot and the service portal. It answers in 40+ languages from connected knowledge (Freshservice, Confluence, SharePoint, Google Drive), runs multi-turn conversations, reads images, and escalates with context. Freddy AI Agent Studio ('AI Agents that act, not just respond') is a platform to build, deploy, govern and improve agents grounded in Freshservice data and workflows. Its pre-built IT agents handle access provisioning, password resets and device setup end-to-end across systems, and its HR agents handle onboarding, leave requests and payroll queries. Some Studio governance and analytics features (workflow versioning, full auditability, performance analytics) are marked 'Coming soon' on the page.
