What it does
The Triage and Investigation Agent (TIN) in Google Security Operations investigates alerts automatically or on demand. Google's documentation says it runs dynamic SecOps searches, enriches with Google Threat Intelligence, analyses command lines and reconstructs process trees, then returns a disposition with a confidence level, an investigation timeline and suggested next steps. Investigations average about 60 seconds, with a 20-minute maximum. It works only on alerts ingested through Google SecOps SIEM, not on alerts that come in through SOAR connectors. Google's Cloud blog describes the agent as generally available. Google SecOps SIEM and SOAR are listed in the Google Services FedRAMP High boundary (FR1805751477), but the agent itself is not named there, so FedRAMP is not set as a verified framework for this listing.
