What it does

Hoxhunt, from Helsinki, is best known for gamified, AI-personalised phishing training and simulations. Its Respond module is email incident response for SOC teams. Per the product page and the Oct 7, 2026 announcement, Respond automatically analyses each reported email with models trained on ten years of employee-reported phishing. It clusters related reports into a single campaign-level incident and suppresses safe, duplicate and low-risk reports. Once a threat is confirmed, it finds matching messages across inboxes, including copies nobody reported, and removes them automatically. Removal is reversible, and employees get instant feedback on their reports. It complements Microsoft Defender and passes clean, campaign-level incidents to SOAR and SIEM tools. Hoxhunt describes this as automation rather than an 'agent', but the documented flow runs end to end without an analyst. Accuracy (96% malicious, 99%+ safe), 'up to 99%' fewer tickets and 'under one minute' remediation are vendor claims. Pricing is per employee by quote.
