What it does
Optivalue.ai answers the questionnaires companies receive (public tenders and RFPs, security questionnaires, TISAX catalogues, due-diligence questionnaires, customer and ESG questionnaires). Its security-questionnaire flow has seven stages: connect sources, indexing with version history (a 'librarian agent' knows which version of each policy is in force so withdrawn controls aren't quoted), upload the workbook or open the assessment portal through a browser extension, 'the security agents answer' (each answer drafted from the customer's evidence with document, page and version), checks, scores and gap analysis, missing documents drafted with the customer instead of invented, and named sign-off and export. Optivalue Reach handles the other direction: it sends compliance questionnaires to suppliers and partners, automatically chases those who don't reply and shows each third party's status in one place. The site says it has 'GRC expertise ingested into 85 agents' and offers a no-code Agent Builder; deployment can be a private instance, hosted in Germany, or on-premises with air-gap. Pricing is a licence with an included quota of deliverables set by quote; no prices are published.
