What it does
Rescana is a TPRM platform that uses agentic AI to automate the vendor-risk lifecycle for organisations in banking, healthcare, telecoms and government. Per Rescana's site, four agents split the work. The Discovery & Classification Agent continuously identifies vendors from identity platforms, procurement records, IT assets and OSINT and classifies them by criticality. The Risk Assessment Agent collects documentation, analyses questionnaires, validates claims against external intelligence and produces consistent, auditable risk scores. The Communication & Remediation Agent handles vendor outreach, requests missing evidence, follows up and escalates unresolved risks until closure. The Manager Agent orchestrates policies, reporting, approvals and human-in-the-loop controls. The platform also covers contract cybersecurity-clause analysis, trust-center data collection, product-level risk assessment, continuous exposure monitoring (CVEs, breaches, attack surface), post-engagement monitoring of former vendors and board reporting.
