What it does

Vulcan Technologies builds Justinian for government agencies, executive offices and legislative counsel, plus a commercial version for law firms and compliance teams. Justinian works through its own platform, email, Slack and Teams. On Vulcan's pages it: runs multi-jurisdiction research by spinning up one agent copy per state in parallel, with every statute cited to source, then keeps watch for changes; works permit applications from intake to issuance (completeness checks, applicable code and calculations, comment responses, staff memos, milestone tracking); works across spreadsheets, documents and presentations; and builds and deploys dashboards and internal tools in secure single-use sandboxes inside the agency boundary. Vulcan's site lists state deployments (for example the NC General Assembly, Virginia ORM, the Oklahoma DEQ and several Texas agencies) as vendor claims. Government compliance: VulcanGov (the GovCloud deployment) is FedRAMP Ready (Moderate) on the FedRAMP Marketplace, not Authorized. On TX-RAMP, 'Justinian' (Agentic AI Regulatory Review) is certified Level 1 and 'VulcanGov (Justinian for Government)' is Provisional. A sister product, TRAJAN, is a public-facing permit and licensing concierge (not covered here). Pricing is not published.
