What it does
Wordsmith's agents respond to inbound legal requests in Teams, Slack, email or elsewhere, and can also run on a schedule. Each agent is assembled by the legal team from instructions, knowledge, skills and memory, and escalations come back with reasoning. Named agents include a Sales Contract Agent (reviews incoming sales contracts against the negotiation playbook and drafts the counter-position), an NDA Agent, a Procurement Agent (triages tool requests, checks existing licences, reviews vendor contracts against the procurement playbook), a Privacy Agent (privacy reviews of new vendors, products and data flows; drafts DPIAs and flags cross-border transfers), an HR Agent and a Matter Triage Agent. The privacy policy names Wordsmith AI Ltd and refers complaints to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
