What it does
Xelix sells an accounts-payable 'control centre' that sits on top of ERPs and AP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite/Fusion, Workday). Xelix says the platform uses '20+ autonomous AI agents' and agentic workflows to enhance controls and automate manual AP work. Its modules cover Capture (extracting, correcting and validating invoices), Transactions (detecting duplicate invoices, overpayments and invoice fraud before payment runs), Statements (automated supplier statement reconciliation) and Helpdesk (automated replies to vendor queries with SLA tracking and workflows). Xelix's July 2025 Series B post said it audited more than 115 million invoices and $750bn of spend a year for 130+ customers and raised $160m to advance agentic AI in AP; the homepage later cites 220 million+ invoices processed annually and $200 million+ saved annually.
