What it does
Zefort is a Finnish contract lifecycle management platform (repository, contract intelligence, e-signatures, templates, playbooks). Zefort Agent, labelled BETA on its product page and billed as 'Agentic CLM', lets users ask questions or assign a task; the agent searches contracts, binders and metadata in the workspace, reviews agreements, evaluates findings and prepares recommendations and next steps, showing the reasoning behind each conclusion. With the user's approval it can apply suggested changes to contract metadata, parties, contract details, binders, tasks and reminders. It respects existing Zefort access rights and can run on a model chosen by the customer (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or Azure OpenAI). The pricing page describes it as moving 'from questions and answers to tasks and outcomes' and able to review and redline agreements. Zefort Agent is included in the Enterprise and Enterprise+ plans and is an add-on to Team; it is not sold standalone.
