What it does
Halo says its AI Agents 'execute governed actions across service workflows, operating within permission boundaries you define' and are included across all plans. Conversational agents (End-User Virtual Agent, Fulfiller Operations Agent) triage and log requests across web chat, Teams, Slack and the portal and escalate with context. Process agents (Dispatch, 1st Line Support, Major Incident, Knowledge and Change Management Agents) run on events or schedules: they auto-resolve known issues, flag service degradation and coordinate multi-step changes from request to release, each under the platform's role-based access controls. Registry: Halo (FR2621445678) is FedRAMP Authorized at 20x Moderate (2026-05-06). Its Marketplace description covers the multi-tenant platform, including a GRC module for FedRAMP, CMMC and DoD programmes (POA&M tracking, OSCAL documentation, control mapping, continuous monitoring). Halo's own announcement says the certification covers its multi-tenant cloud platform but doesn't say whether the AI agents are inside the boundary, so FedRAMP is listed as platform-level only. Halo's contact page lists its UK headquarters in Stowmarket, and the privacy policy names Halo Service Solutions Limited, with a Scottish contact address, as controller. Seat pricing is published.
