What it does

Kalpita CodeGuard runs as a GitHub App. It scans every commit, generates a secure patch for each finding and opens a pull request with an explanation for developers to review and merge. Kalpita claims this takes under 3 minutes. Kalpita says CodeGuard runs asynchronously and never blocks the build. The product page also lists multi-language SAST, import of reports from other scanners, IDE, Azure DevOps and GitLab support, and IaC, container, SBOM and secret scanning. CodeGuard is a newer product from Kalpita, an IT services company.
